Raymond Pickard is an English actor, born 31 July 1982 in Liverpool, England. He currently lives in Leeds, West Yorkshire.
He has most notably acted in The Borrowers in 1997 alongside Tom Felton, Hugh Laurie and John Goodman.
He appeared in Spywatch Look and Read (1995) as the young Norman Starkey.[1]
